Job summary

Dimension Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Service Representative to support front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will help ensure a smooth front desk and exceptional guest experiences.

You will greet guests, assist with room assignments, answer questions, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments. The role emphasizes friendly service, problem solving, and a daily positive guest interaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
• Dependable, organized, and able to multitask.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Flexible to work any shifts including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities
