HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk / Guest Services Associate at the Hilton Airport Atlanta. You will welcome guests, check in/out, handle payments, and assist with local information to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include accurate data entry, cash handling, and maintaining calm service during busy periods. Prior hotel front desk experience and strong communication skills are desired; hospitality mindset is essential.

Qualificações

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Strong math skills using a calculator for moderate calculations.
• Ability to deal with customers with patience, tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the front office.
• Ability to input information accurately in a computer system.
• Ability to observe signs of emergency situations.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a warm, sincere welcome and provide information on hours and local attractions.
• Complete the registration process and verify guest details, room rates, and make room recommendations.
• Verify and imprint credit cards; handle payments and balance a house bank.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests; retrieve mail and packages as requested.
• Close guest accounts at checkout and address satisfaction or negotiate allowances as needed.
• Handle guest complaints and research solutions to resolve issues such as price conflicts.
• Remain calm and respond appropriately during emergencies or heavy activity.
• Attend work regularly and perform other duties as assigned.
