Qualifications

• One year of customer service experience in hospitality or a similar industry.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Basic math skills and calculator use for guest charges and receipts.
• Ability to input information accurately in a computer system.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work behind the front desk.
• Ability to document and report room availability and revenues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in greeting guests and providing accurate information on hours and local attractions.
• Complete registration quickly, code keys, and manage guest accounts at checkout.
• Verify credit cards, handle payments, and balance the house bank.
• Answer phones promptly and relay messages to guests and staff.
• Remain calm during busy periods and resolve guest issues with sound judgment.
• Ensure attendance and be available for regular shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
