HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Office/Guest Service Associate in Atlanta. You will provide superior guest service by answering calls, coordinating wake-up messages, and routing requests to the appropriate departments.

Candidates should communicate well with guests, interact professionally with colleagues, and handle confidential information with discretion. This on-site role supports operations during regular shifts and may involve emergency responses as needed.

Qualifications

• Must communicate well with guests.
• Ability to deal with associates and customers with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• Ability to sit for long periods in a confined space.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls promptly and greet callers with a positive voice.
• Transcribe messages accurately and input into the computer system.
• Input wake up times and confirm details with guests.
• Page guests and operate the public address system clearly.
• Act as dispatcher for security, guest services and operations teams.
• Provide information via paging system and radios for emergencies and guest requests.
• Answer basic inquiries and verify information as needed.
• Respond to emergencies per established procedures and document details.
• Remain calm during busy periods and resolve issues using good judgment.
• Meet attendance requirements and perform other duties as assigned.
