Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a friendly server at Hilton Airport Atlanta to provide exceptional service, greet guests, take orders, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

The role requires a professional appearance, teamwork, and the ability to handle POS systems and heavy trays in a fast-paced setting. Training opportunities and employee meal benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must present a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
• Ability to remember and promote menu items and specials.
• Ability to operate a keyboard and Point of Sale system.
• Ability to transport large trays up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for setup and cleanliness.
• Greet guests and explain specials and promotions.
• Input orders into POS and communicate with kitchen.
• Retrieve and deliver orders, with condiments and accuracy.
• Replenish beverages and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Present checks promptly and close out at end of service.
