Job summary

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a calculator for financial transactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and move throughout front office.
• Ability to input data accurately into a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome.
• Input and retrieve guest information during check-in and check-out.
• Process payments, verify credits, and handle cash transactions.
• Code electronic keys and issue room access materials as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with balancing house banks and closing guest accounts.
