Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a bar server to provide hospitable service to guests at the Hilton Airport Atlanta location. You will greet guests, mix and present drinks, and ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions.

Qualifications

• Hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must communicate well with guests.
• Basic math and cash handling proficiency.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper setup of the bar daily and stocks items per function sheets.
• Garnishes, prepares, and serves drinks using standard recipes.
• Enter orders into POS, balance checks, and handle cash accurately.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and corporate alcohol policies.
• Greet guests, promote drinks, and document orders clearly.
• Close checks and manage vouchers; maintain organized bar area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
