Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer phone calls, provide local recommendations, resolve complaints with tact.
• Process payments and balance cash/credit transactions; maintain guest accounts.
• Promote Hilton Honors program and assist with sign-ups.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room status and guest requests.
