Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Strong guest service orientation and basic accounting skills.
• Familiarity with hospitality practices preferred.

• Proficiency with computer, calculator, phone and office equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and handle billing inquiries.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the right departments.
• Manage reservations and modify bookings as needed.
• Assist guests with requests and local information.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain organized front desk area.
• Monitor access and issue visitor badges; coordinate with security.
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile at end of shift.
• Multi-task and collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management.
