Job summary

TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests. You will welcome visitors, assist with check-in, verify reservations, and provide information about services, amenities, and policies to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.

You will manage reservations, process payments, handle phone and email inquiries, support guest requests, coordinate with housekeeping and management, and help keep the front desk organized, secure, and efficient while

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience is required.
• Strong guest service orientation and professional communication are essential.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure is important.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle check-out procedures, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Answer phone calls and emails; direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate data in the reservation system.
• Assist guests with requests, such as room changes or amenities, and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform administrative tasks and keep the front desk area organized and presentable.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow emergency procedures and report daily to management.
