Job summary

TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth operations. You will work with guest services, process payments, answer phones, and maintain guest records while delivering courteous, professional service.

This role requires excellent communication, basic math, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Basic accounting and cash handling knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests, verify reservations, and provide information about services.
• Process check-outs, payments, and issue receipts with accurate billing.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with up-to-date data entry.
• Assist guests with requests and resolve complaints in a courteous manner.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain an organized front desk area.
