Job summary

TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests. You will provide excellent customer service, manage check-in/check-out, and handle reservations with accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; strong guest service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with computers, calculators, phones and general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests, verify reservations, and provide information on services and policies.
• Process check-out and payments, issue invoices, and ensure billing accuracy.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Manage reservations including cancellations and modifications with accurate data entry.
• Assist guests with requests and resolve complaints in a timely, courteous manner.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor security procedures and issue visitor badges as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile at shift end.
• Support various administrative tasks and maintain organized front desk area.
