TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, handle check‑in/check‑out, and manage reservations with accuracy. You’ll answer calls and emails, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role requires strong customer service, basic accounting, and excellent communication. A friendly, professional demeanor and ability to multitask will be essential for success in a fast-paced hotel lobby.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Strong guest service orientation and basic accounting skills preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in while verifying reservations and providing information about facilities and policies.
• Handle check-out, process payments, and issue receipts with accurate billing.
• Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate department, and respond to emails professionally.
• Manage room/service reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the system.
• Assist guests with requests, changes, directions, and local recommendations; resolve issues promptly.
