Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in front office, patient care coordination, or administrative support.
• Direct customer support experience with strong phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer journey as the first point of contact, setting appointment expectations.
• Schedule, screen, and confirm new appointments via inbound/outbound calls.
• Provide resolution to customer concerns and questions.
• Communicate customer information to Hearing Care Professional.
• Collect and record customer payments.
• Maintain the customer database and office records.
• Inform customers about hearing care accessory options.
• Handle walk-ins and after-care for existing customers.
• Assist with marketing and social media initiatives.
• Support hearing aid maintenance, cleaning and repairs.
