Heritage Woods of Huntley is seeking a friendly, professional team member to greet visitors, manage calls, and handle light administrative duties in a full-time role in Huntley, IL. This position offers an hourly wage in the $17 range and requires strong communication skills and reliability.

The ideal candidate will be capable of maintaining a welcoming environment, assisting residents and visitors, and performing standard office tasks with accuracy and care.

Competenze

• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Mansioni

• Greets and engages with all Community visitors, ensuring a warm and inviting first impression and experience.
• Manages incoming calls, providing assistance and directing inquiries to the appropriate resident or team member with professionalism and courtesy.
• Performs various administrative tasks, such as sorting mail, maintaining sign-in documentation, and other tasks as assigned.
