Job summary

Heritage Middleton Senior Living is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the welcoming face and voice of our community. You’ll greet residents, families, and visitors, answer calls, and support the community’s administrative needs to create a positive first impression.

You’ll manage a multi-line phone system, assist with tours, and help coordinate front desk operations while maintaining confidentiality and a resident-centered atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year administrative/customer-service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Assist residents and visitors with questions and requests and maintain sign-in procedures.
