LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead client engagements for the Dynamic Decision Platform. You will drive adoption, governance, and successful delivery across complex implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires expert consulting, strong data quality skills, and the ability to communicate risk and insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years client-facing/consulting experience preferred.
• Experience analyzing, identifying, or mitigating fraud.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 30% of the time; passport required.
• Expert-level consultative skills to solve client problems.
• Use data quality concepts and tools to resolve client issues.
• Communicate fraud risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Governance of complex implementation projects.
• Track KPIs, timelines and resource allocation.
• Deliver client presentations to high-level clients.
• Create a professional services roadmap to drive client engagement.
• Coordinate product enhancements with product management.
• Participate in product road map discussions as client representative.
