Job summary

RELX is seeking an Engagement Manager to work with our largest clients to drive adoption of the LexisNexis Dynamic Decision Platform and create measurable business outcomes. You will lead end-to-end implementations, acting as the primary contact and guiding cross-functional teams.

You will present quarterly business reviews to executives, collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to expand solutions, and ensure accurate insights into customers' behaviors while mitigating fraud risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of client-facing/consulting experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex engagements.
• Experience with SaaS and big data solutions is a plus; knowledge of APIs and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 30% and serve as POC for client engagements.
• Lead implementation projects and govern project delivery.
• Communicate fraud risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Present quarterly business reviews to executives and business owners.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to expand LexisNexis solutions.
