Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Engagement Manager to work with Strategic Account Managers, explore integration opportunities, and present quarterly business reviews to executives and business owners. You will apply data quality concepts, manage complex implementations, and lead cross-functional teams to align client objectives with LexisNexis offerings.

You will travel up to 30%, leverage strong consultative skills, and communicate fraud risks and mitigation strategies to diverse

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency in Python is a plus!
• 7+ years client-facing/consulting experience preferred
• Working knowledge of SaaS and “big data” (e.g. Hadoop/Impala) solutions a plus!
• PMP or similar certification a plus!
• Experience analyzing, identifying, or mitigating fraud.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 30% of the time; passport required.
• Consultative skills to collaborate and explore options for client problems.
• Use data quality concepts and tools to resolve client issues with a focus on client needs.
• Communicate fraud risks and mitigation plans to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work with SQL to analyze data for client projects.
• Manage complex implementation projects with governance and delivery oversight.
• Communicate clearly to high-level clients and senior management.
• Create a professional services roadmap to drive client engagement.
• Coordinate product enhancements with the product management team.
