Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Engagement Manager to work with Strategic Account Managers to expand integration of LexisNexis solutions. You will present quarterly business reviews to executives and owners, acting as a trusted advisor to align with customer objectives.

You will travel up to 30% and lead complex implementations, governance and KPI tracking while communicating risk and mitigation plans to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years client-facing/consulting experience preferred.
• Experience analyzing, identifying, or mitigating fraud.
• Proficiency in Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time. Valid passport required.
• Expert-level consultative skills with the ability to collaborate and solve customer problems.
• Expert-level ability to use data quality concepts and tools to resolve client issues.
• Ability to clearly communicate fraud risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders, via reports and presentations.
• Working and demonstrate proficiency in SQL.
• Expertise in project governance, client delivery, and managing complex implementation projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to ensure smooth project execution and KPI tracking.
• Expert-level communication skills; convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Deliver client presentations and performance analysis to high-level clients and senior management.
• Create a professional services roadmap to plan and drive client engagement.
• Proficient with MS Project and similar tools.
• Affinity for trying new methods and solution approaches.
