Job summary

RELX is seeking an Engagement Manager to collaborate with major clients, driving adoption of LexisNexis Dynamic Decision Platform and overseeing end-to-end implementations. You will serve as the primary contact, manage project governance, and present quarterly reviews to executives to ensure alignment with client objectives.

You will leverage expertise in data quality, fraud mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance client processes and driv e business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proven research and product skills to analyze competitive position and vision.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including fraud analysts and product teams.
• Experience leading complex client engagements and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 30% of the time; valid passport required.
• Design and govern implementation projects; act as primary POC.
• Lead client engagements across the lifecycle of projects.
• Present QBRs to executives and business owners; advise on improvements.
• Coordinate with Strategic Account Managers for further integration.
• Communicate fraud risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
