Job summary

Brightmine seeks an Engagement Manager to collaborate with major clients, driving adoption of the LexisNexis Dynamic Decision Platform. You will lead end-to-end implementations, act as POC, and work with Strategic Account Managers to expand adoption across client operations.

You will present QBRs to executives, translate complex data into actionable insights, and ensure successful delivery by coordinating teams across analytics, product, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years client-facing/consulting experience.
• Experience with SaaS and big data solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of APIs and system integration is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 30% of the time; valid passport required.
• Lead implementation projects and govern engagement lifecycle.
• Communicate fraud risks and mitigation plans to diverse audiences.
• Use SQL to analyze data and support decisions.
• Manage KPIs, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to executives.
