LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Engagement Manager to work with Strategic Account Managers to expand the use of LexisNexis solutions. You will present QBRs to executives, act as a trusted advisor, and ensure client objectives are reflected in delivery.

The role emphasizes data quality, fraud risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with product, fraud analysts, and technical consultants.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data quality concepts.
• Experience analyzing fraud and communicating risks to stakeholders.
• Expert-level relationship building and client delivery capabilities.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to explore integration opportunities.
• Present quarterly business reviews to executives and business owners.
• Lead client engagements and track KPIs, timelines, and resources.
• Communicate fraud risks and mitigation plans clearly to diverse audiences.
• Develop professional services roadmaps and drive engagement efforts.
• Coordinate product enhancements with the product management team.
• Support knowledge development on LexisNexis Risk Solutions offerings.
