Job summary

Ladders seeks an Engagement Manager for a leading Enterprise Technology client. This remote US-based role focuses on driving complex engagements from implementation to delivery, with a strong emphasis on consultative problem-solving and relationship management.

It supports development of client-facing services to improve engagement quality and execution, while partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders to address fraud-related challenges and meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of client-facing or consulting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Python is a plus.
• Working knowledge of SaaS and big data solutions, such as Hadoop and Impala, is a plus.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience analyzing, identifying, or mitigating fraud is essential.
• Expert-level relationship-building and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 30% of the time; valid passport required.
• Utilize expert consultative skills to solve customer problems and explore options.
• Communicate fraud risks and mitigation plans to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SQL for effective client issue resolution.
• Manage complex implementation projects and ensure smooth execution by tracking KPIs and timelines.
• Create a professional services roadmap to enhance client engagement efforts.
• Deliver client presentations and performance analysis to high-level clients and senior management.
