Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience directly managing and developing teams across multiple geographic locations, including goal setting, coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic objectives related to topline, share, and volume.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: develop and implement priorities into aligned geographic plans and team objectives.
• Performance Management: establish metrics, lead forecasting and reviews across Swire geography.
• Operational Execution: lead execution through dispersed franchise team and partners.
• Stewardship and Support Function Leadership: ensure resources and guidance for cross-functional teams.
• Relationship Building: cultivate relationships with Swire leadership and MAP USA stakeholders.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: promote innovative approaches and continuous learning.
• People Leadership and Team Development: manage a geographically distributed team, set goals, coach, and conduct performance reviews.
