Job summary

Coca‑Cola is seeking a Director of Franchise Intelligence to lead performance management across a network of bottling partners in the United States. This role focuses on revenue, volume, share, and operational execution, partnering with franchise teams to drive growth and optimize strategies.

Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, you will oversee planning, forecasting, and market analysis, shaping initiatives that enhance franchise performance and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Management required; Master’s degree a plus.
• 5+ years in consumer-packaged goods with direct sales, SP&I, key account or franchise management.
• Experience with annual business planning, forecasting, customer and distributor management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for weekly/monthly performance management, including reporting on revenue, volume, share, and transaction metrics.
• Identify local growth opportunities and measure execution of the commercial strategy with franchise leads and bottling partners.
• Coordinate scorecards and business routines to achieve the annual business plan.
• Monitor market conditions and report competitive activity to management and partners.
