Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Management
• 5+ years in CPG or franchise management with direct sales, SP&I or distributor oversight
• Strong ability to forecast, plan and manage business targets

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly/monthly performance, including revenue, volume and share metrics.
• Report on key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Identify local growth opportunities and monitor execution against plans.
• Collaborate with franchise team and bottling partners to implement business plans.
• Coordinate scorecards and business routines to achieve annual targets.
