Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Director, Franchise Operations - South to act as the primary strategic partner for Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in the South Zone. The role drives profitable growth across all brands and packages, translating regional priorities into bottler plans and managing executive relationships to ensure market excellence.

You will lead commercial strategy deployment, coordinate with CCSWB and internal teams, and develop contingency plans to protect annual targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 7+ years in a CPG org across sales, key account, franchise management, or operations.
• Strong P&L experience and negotiation in a complex franchise environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic liaison between The Coca-Cola Company and CCSWB South Zone.
• Drive performance across full Coca-Cola portfolio within CCSWB South Zone.
• Lead territory deployment of commercial strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Coach bottler organization to achieve Market Street Challenge and related benchmarks.
• Develop contingency plans and ensure execution of JBPs with bottlers and partners.
