Job summary

Coca-Cola’s MAP USA division seeks a Senior Director of Franchise Leadership for Swire to oversee strategic franchise operations across a broad geography, driving topline, share, and volume. You will lead a geographically dispersed team, align KO priorities, and partner with bottling partners to execute against the Annual Business Plan.

The role requires a strategic leader with 10+ years in franchise operations, strong forecasting, and change leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in franchise operations or a similar leadership role within the CPG industry.
Experience managing teams across multiple geographies and driving topline/share/volume objectives.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic development and implementation of MAP USA priorities into geographic plans and team objectives.
Forecast, review performance, and adjust plans to meet topline and volume goals across Swire geography.
Direct a dispersed franchise team and partners to ensure clear ownership of execution and timely action.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure resources are available to meet objectives.
Build relationships with leadership and stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability.
Promote innovation and continuous improvement across the geography and franchise network.
Direct talent development, coaching, and succession planning for direct reports.
