Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in franchise operations or a similar leadership role within the CPG industry.
• Demonstrated experience directly managing and developing teams across multiple geographic locations.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic objectives related to topline, share, and volume.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of corporate and MAP USA priorities into aligned geographic plans and team objectives.
• Drive topline, share, volume, and other key objectives across the total KO portfolio.
• Establish business performance metrics and lead consolidated forecasting and business reviews across the Swire geography.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategies and optimize performance.
• Lead execution through the geographically dispersed franchise team and Swire partners with clear ownership of execution controls.
• Identify gaps in performance and implement corrective actions with urgency as needed.
• Foster collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams and resources.
• Develop talent, set clear roles, and build franchise leadership capabilities.
