Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Salt Lake City, Utah, is seeking a Director of Franchise Intelligence to lead performance management across the franchise network. You will analyze revenue, volume, share and pricing, and translate data into actionable insights for bottlers and franchise partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating performance scorecards, identifying local growth opportunities, and guiding strategic decisions to improve franchise execution and overall business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Management required.
• 5+ years in consumer-packaged goods with direct sales, SP&I, key account or franchise management.
• Experience with annual business planning, forecasting, and distributor management.
• Proven ability to sell, negotiate and build relationships in a entrepreneurial setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly/monthly performance management including revenue, volume, share and pricing.
• Report on performance versus objectives and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Identify local growth opportunities and collaborate with franchise teams.
• Coordinate scorecards and business routines to achieve annual plans.
• Support contingency planning to deliver annual business plan performance.
