Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of corporate and MAP USA priorities into aligned geographic plans and team objectives.
• DriveSwire strategies for topline, share, volume, and other key objectives across the total KO portfolio.
• Establish business performance metrics and lead consolidated forecasting and business reviews across Swire geography.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategies and optimize performance.
• Lead execution through the geographically dispersed franchise team and Swire partners with clear ownership.
• Identify gaps in performance and implement corrective actions with urgency.
• Ensure acceleration of key support functions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Cultivate relationships with Swire leadership and MAP USA stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Directly manage a team with geographic accountability and development plans.
