Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in franchise operations or a similar leadership role within the CPG industry.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic objectives related to topline, share, and volume.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and ‘face of KO’ to the bottler head in the assigned geography.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver the annual business plan (ABP).
• Drive and support bottler strategies for topline, share, volume, and other key objectives.
• Establish and forecast performance metrics, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategies.
• Ensure execution controllables are in place to drive toward goals.
• Identify gaps in performance and implement corrective actions with urgency.
• Provide leadership to ensure cross-functional teams have resources and guidance.
