Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in franchise operations or a similar leadership role within the CPG industry.
• Proven track record of delivering strategic objectives related to topline, share, and volume.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and face of KO to bottler heads in assigned geography.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver the annual business plan (ABP).
• Drive bottler strategies for topline, share, volume and key objectives.
• Forecast performance metrics and adjust plans to meet objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform strategies.
• Ensure execution controllables are in place to drive toward goals.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and resource alignment across functions.
