Inspire Brands, Inc. in Nashville is seeking a Business Consultant to partner with a portfolio of franchisees, driving sales, profits, and network growth through coaching and strategic planning.

You will lead Annual Planning, review performance, interpret data to advise franchisees, support remodels and openings, and coordinate with marketing, operations, and construction teams to ensure brand standards and consistent guest experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve the operations and business performance goals for the portfolio of Franchisees.
• Lead Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review with Franchisees to assess performance and align on future goals.
• Track and review data to guide Franchisee actions and provide coaching.
• Support remodels and new restaurant openings with construction team and Franchisees.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications based on Franchisee goals and opportunities.
• Monitor local marketing plans and support Field Marketing initiatives.
• Perform evaluations on restaurants per Franchisee Business Review or other indicators.
• Coordinate training support with Field Training Team.
• Ensure effective use of G&A expenses within approved parameters.
• Complete all administrative functions in a timely manner.
