Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. is seeking a Business Consultant to partner with a portfolio of franchisees, coaching them to achieve goals in sales, profit, and network growth while delivering a safe, brand-consistent experience. You will analyze data and drive planning to accelerate performance across the portfolio.

You will lead annual planning, support remodels and openings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand delivery. Some travel to franchisees is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and coach franchisees.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience in restaurant operations or multi-unit supervision.

Responsibilities

• Achieve operations and business performance goals for portfolio of Franchisees.
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review with Franchisees.
• Track and review data to guide actions and coaching.
• Support remodels and new restaurant openings with construction teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Field Marketing on local marketing plans.
• Perform evaluations of restaurants as needed.
• Partner with Field Training to coordinate franchisee training.
• Manage G&A expenses within regional parameters.
• Complete all administrative functions in a timely manner.
