Job summary

Propelled Brands is seeking a Business Consultant to work with assigned franchisees on brand standards and best practices to grow their businesses. You will guide them through financial analysis, production workflows, and center management software to improve performance.

This role requires a Bachelor's in business or related field, 5+ years in franchising and accounting leadership, plus travel up to 50%. Remote opportunities with regional travel and involvement in national events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of franchising experience.
• 5+ years of managing an accounting function in a medium/large company.
• Experience in the signage or print industry.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Work with franchisees to identify their needs and support their goals.
• Perform financial analysis including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow projections.
• Lead sales and marketing management, including hiring, training, and programs for franchisees.
• Oversee production management, workflow, and use of center management software.
• Provide training resources and participate in company events and conferences.
• Coordinate travel within budget and communicate plans with teams.
