Inspire-Brands is seeking a Business Consultant to manage a portfolio of franchisees in the Buffalo, NY area. You will coach leaders to hit sales, profit, and network growth targets while ensuring a safe, consistent brand experience across restaurants.

The role emphasizes data-driven coaching, annual planning, franchise reviews, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support remodels and new store openings. Travel may be required to support a portfolio of franchisees.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years in supervisory management or district level multi-unit operations.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills; able to plan, manage time, and work independently.
• Strong business and financial acumen; able to use data to inform decisions.

Aufgaben

• Achieve operations and business performance goals for a portfolio of franchisees.
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review processes with franchisees to assess performance and align on future goals.
• Coach franchisees through regular check-ins to follow through on commitments.
• Monitor data and analytics to guide franchisee actions and address priorities.
• Support remodels and new-store openings; coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Travel as needed to consult with portfolio of franchisees.
