Job summary

IRB USA Inspire Resources seeks a Business Consultant to manage a portfolio of franchisees in the Nashville area. You will drive sales, profits, and growth by coaching franchisees to deliver consistent brand experiences and safe, compliant operations.

The role requires traveling to franchise locations, interpreting performance data, and collaborating with Operations, Marketing, and Development teams to support remodels and openings. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve operations and business performance goals for a portfolio of Franchisees.
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review with Franchisees.
• Align priorities to drive sales, profitability and network growth.
• Provide coaching through regular check-ins and progress tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support remodels and openings.
