Inspire is seeking a Business Consultant in Nashville, TN to manage a portfolio of franchisees. You will coach teams to achieve brand standards, drive same-store growth, and prepare for new unit openings through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include planning, reviewing performance, and using data to guide priorities. Travel to sites is anticipated to support remodeling and expansion initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve performance goals for portfolio of Franchisees as directed by regional operations.
• Lead annual planning and franchise reviews to align goals and commitments.
• Interpret data and provide coaching to drive sales, profits and growth.
• Support remodels and new store openings with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate training support with Field Training Team and ensure brand standards.
• Travel as needed to consult with franchisees.
