Inspire, a multi-brand restaurant company based in Nashville, seeks a Business Consultant to manage a portfolio of franchisees. You will coach franchisees to achieve sales, profit, and network growth while maintaining brand standards and safe operations.

You will work with field teams, marketing, and construction to align remodels and openings with strategic goals. The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to travel to franchise locations as needed to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum High School or GED
• Preferred 4 Year / Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory management or district level multi-unit operations
• Prior leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsabilités

• Achieve operations and business performance goals for portfolio of Franchisees.
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees.
• Align priority areas to drive sales, profitability and network growth.
• Track data to guide Franchisee actions toward goals and commitments.
• Support remodeling and new store openings with Franchisees and construction team.
• Coordinate training support to the franchisee with Field Training Team.
• Monitor and control G&A expenses within regional parameters.
• Complete administrative duties in a timely manner
