Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Business Consultant to manage a portfolio of franchisees and drive store performance through coaching, planning, and rigorous data analysis. You will coordinate annual planning, reviews, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure brand standards, profitability, and sustainable growth across the network.

The role emphasizes collaboration with construction, marketing, and training teams, with travel as needed to support franchisees and ensure consistent, safe brand experiences

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in supervisory management or district level multi-unit operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and lead franchisee teams with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the operations and business performance goals for their portfolio of Franchisees, as set by their regional operations leader.
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees to assess performance and align on future goals.
• Track and review data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions and provide coaching.
• Support Franchisees in remodeling and opening new restaurants, coordinating with construction and ensuring standards are met.
• Facilitate communications between Franchisees and cross-functional partners to pursue growth and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with Field Marketing on updates for operations initiatives and marketing rollouts.
• Perform evaluations on restaurants based on Franchisee Business Review or other indicators.
• Partner with Field Training to coordinate training support for franchisees.
• Ensure effective use of G&A expenses within regional guidelines.
• Complete all administrative functions in a timely manner.
