Inspire is seeking a Business Consultant to manage a portfolio of franchisees, driving sales, profits, and network growth while ensuring brand standards. You will coach franchisees, review performance, and align goals with regional leadership.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to translate data into action plans, with travel as needed to support remodels and openings.

Competenze

• Minimum High School or GED.
• Preferred 4Year / Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum Years of Experience 5 years in supervisory management or district level multi‑unit operations.
• Prior leadership experience.

Mansioni

• Achieve the operations and business performance goals for their portfolio of Franchisees, as set by their regional operations leader.
• Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees to assess performance and align on future goals.
• Align priority areas with Franchisee to drive sales, profitability and network growth while delivering a safe brand experience.
• Coach Franchisee through regular check-ins to follow-through on commitments.
• Track and review data to guide Franchisee actions toward goals and plans.
