CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team. You will guide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics, partnering across Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology to drive enterprise performance.

You’ll lead a small team of analysts, champion data transformation on Google Cloud Platform, and develop automated pipelines and governance standards to improve data quality and decision support.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years FP&A or related field.
• 3+ years SQL/Python and large dataset experience for financial decisions.
• Healthcare/PBM/rebate analytics experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead accurate financial forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analysis for rebate programs.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Technology to design scalable financial data solutions on GCP.
• Develop automated data pipelines, data validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Define data requirements, governance standards, and business rules for rebate forecasting.
• Transform, validate, and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python for planning activities.
• Support enterprise reporting and visualization with Power BI, BigQuery, and Dataiku.
