CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team to guide financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics. You will partner with senior leaders across Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology to provide insights that inform strategy and drive enterprise performance.

You will lead a small team of analysts, promote data governance, and drive automation using SQL, Python, and cloud-based platforms to support reporting and decision making.

Competenze

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analytics or BI experience.
• 3+ years of SQL/Python and data analysis for large datasets.
• Excel and financial modeling skills with forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.

Mansioni

• Lead forecasts, budgets, accruals and variance analysis for rebate programs.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Technology to design scalable data solutions on GCP.
• Develop automated data pipelines, validation and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate to define data requirements, business rules and governance.
• Utilize SQL, Python and cloud-native tools to transform and analyze data.
• Support enterprise reporting and visualization via Power BI, BigQuery and Dataiku.
