Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics, partnering with Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology to drive enterprise performance.

You will transform financial data using SQL, Python, and cloud-based tools (GCP, BigQuery, Dataiku) and mentor a small team of analysts to deliver data-driven decisions and transparent reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analytics, BI, or related field.
• ~3+ years of SQL/Python and data analysis with large datasets.
• Excel skills and financial modeling for forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Experience leading analytics or finance professionals and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience implementing data quality controls, reconciliation processes, and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analysis for rebate programs.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Technology to design scalable financial data solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines, validation routines, and reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and governance standards.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and cloud-native tools to transform and analyze large datasets.
• Support enterprise reporting and visualization using Power BI, BigQuery, Dataiku.
