CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager on the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics. You will guide data-driven decisions, partner with Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology, and champion cloud-based analytics initiatives.

You will manage a small team of analysts and promote automation and continuous improvement. This role emphasizes accurate reporting, data governance, and enterprise performance, with opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or related finance analytics experience.
• 3+ years SQL and Python for data analysis.
• 3+ years Excel and financial modeling for forecasting and variance analysis.
• Experience leading analytics teams and partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience implementing data quality controls, reconciliation processes, and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team's preparation of accurate and timely financial forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analysis related to rebate programs.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Technology to design, implement, and maintain scalable financial data solutions in Google Cloud Platform.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines, data validation routines, and reconciliation processes to improve financial data quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, business rules, and governance standards supporting rebate forecasting and reporting.
• Utilize SQL, Python, and cloud-native technologies to transform, validate, and analyze large datasets supporting financial planning activities.
• Support the development of enterprise reporting and visualization solutions through tools such as Power BI, BigQuery, and Dataiku.
