Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an FP&A Manager for the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team. The role leads financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics, partnering with Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology to deliver actionable insights and scalable data solutions.

The position oversees a small team of analysts, champions automation and data-driven decision-making, and drives enterprise performance through innovative analytics and governance across cloud-based platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analytics, BI, or related field.
• 3+ years of SQL/Python and data analysis with large datasets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience leading analytics or finance professionals and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience implementing data quality controls and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and variance analysis for rebate programs.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Technology to design scalable financial data solutions on GCP.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and data validation routines.
• Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and governance standards for rebates forecasting and reporting.
• Use SQL, Python, and cloud-native tech to transform and analyze large datasets for FP&A activities.
• Support enterprise reporting and visualization using Power BI, BigQuery, and Dataiku.
