Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, analytics, BI, or related field.
• 3+ years SQL/Python and data analysis with large datasets.
• Excel experience with forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and variance.
• Experience leading analytics or finance professionals and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience implementing data quality controls and governance standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analysis for rebate programs.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Technology to design scalable data solutions on GCP.
• Develop automated data pipelines and data validation routines.
• Define data requirements and governance standards for rebate reporting.
• Transform and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and cloud tools.
