Job summary

CVS Health seeks an FP&A Manager on the Pharmacy Services Trade Finance team to lead forecasting, budgeting, and rebate analytics. You will partner with Finance, Data Engineering, BI, and Technology to deliver actionable insights that shape financial strategy and enterprise performance.

You will drive data transformation on Google Cloud, build automated pipelines, ensure data quality, and support enterprise reporting with Power BI, BigQuery, and Dataiku.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years FP&A, financial analytics, BI, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare/PBM analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in accurate financial forecasts, budgets, accruals, and variance analysis for rebate programs.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Technology to design and maintain scalable financial data solutions on Google Cloud.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines, validation routines, and reconciliation processes to improve data quality.
